What’s the cheapest
Euro III option?
Short term is the exhaust reduction
system with particle trap, catalytic converter and
bottle of ammonia in the boot, but running costs are
much higher than LPG.
Long term, over 3-years, the Jaymic
conversion of the diesel engine to LPG is the cheapest;
because for every mile you travel you will be saving
3p. Over 3-years, that’s £2,250 in your
pocket, if your cab travels 25,000 miles a year.
The Government wants a percentage of vehicles to
use cleaner fuels and will keep the price difference
between diesel and LPG.

fall increase of 20p over a 3-years, you will only
be out of pocket by £978. That’s around
£6 per week over 3 years. Following years you
will be saving £750 a year on fuel costs.
After your Jaymic LPG conversion you will have a
quieter cab, a reconditioned engine, faster acceleration
and a saleable Euro 3 cab, as well as the benefit
of never having to use a smelly and messy diesel pump
again.
